Henan Billions Chemicals Co., Ltd.founded in 1955 as a sulphur mine, was renamed to be Jiaozuo General Chemical Plant in 1975, and then became Henan Billions Chemicals Co., Ltd. after restructuring. The plant is located in the west of Zhongzhan district, Jiaozuo city, Henan province. The company started to produce Sulphuric Acid and Aluminium Sulphate in 1960s, and Zirconium Oxychloride and Zirconium Dioxide in 1969. In 1974, Zirconium Oxide was exported to Japan, which was the first in China. The company has been producing Titanium Dioxide since 1989, and started Rutile production in 2004, now the production scale is Top 3 in China. The following are production scales: Titanium Dioxide series: Titanium Dioxide Anatase(20,000mt/year)，Titanium Dioxide Rutile (80,000mt/year) Zirconium series: Zirconium Oxychloride(15,000mt/year), Zirconium Dioxide(1,500mt/year Aluminium Sulphate(80,000mt/year)
